They REACHED an agreement to HAVE them exported

Actually if there were such an agreement they would have had to file it with the SEC as an Item 1.01 Material Agreement in an 8-K within four business days of signing this "agreement".

Face the facts. NHMD, Wade and Nate are breaking the law.

If there were such an agreement they would have filed it. Otherwise they are breaking the law.

If there isn't an agreement, then they are breaking the law by putting out a PR making an intentional material misstatement that resulted in people buying artificially inflated shares of a scam company from those mysterious 11 shareholders holding the original float.
