I suggest file a complaint with the SEC... Show them the PR stating that Frank said I-Text divys would be paid to shareholders...and he didn't.

Read the Bold, Underlined in Italics. SEC often responses, however, the more that do file a complaint, szeveral tikmes the Quicker the SEC looks into it. No doubt that the SEC will see the crookedness of this whole ordeal.

I mentioned this before, when I first got in - I did NOT do the 'Required' (imo, it is required on a personal level) DD/Due Diligence before I got into this, so that part was MY mistake, HOWEVER, that does NOT allow those that perpetrated this entire scheme a "Get Out Of Jail" free card. I take FULL responsibility for that, but I DO NOT take responsibility for the obvious fakery that has been unveiled to us. The Company SHOULD do the Right thing and at the VERY Least buy back the shares of those who were literally and WILLFULLY (that's the Key - On the Company's part) lead many traders/investors astray. That said, you know that will never happen because if the Company (SPRV, INCLUDING Giorgio) does do that, it would be taken as a sign of a guilty consciousness meaning the Company admits (in an indirect way) fraudulent actions on their (SPRV, Etc.) part.
