(Other OTCKGR.PK ) is pleased to anounce today it plans for their shareholders to be paid 1 (one) Tara Gold Resources Corp share for every 100 (one hundered) Drake Gold Resources shares held. Shares are payable Augst 30, 2006 to shareholders on record date August 9, 2006.
