frankie, you just have to let go of some of that baggage you are carrying around from 2 years ago. IMO the Dell Dude's commercials weren't that bad and the olympians and that very first one who popped up again in the last London Co. video from Franklin were not terrible. The other, we don't talk about. It's all spilled milk and can't do anything about it. IMO, even throwing out the seemingly never to happen things we are holding onto, the things that have happened are worth merit. The DCs and excellent service, the improved web site, the military appreciation outreach, now having books for sale which we invest no capital in, advertising in other media like the eXtreme Sports, and lastly the movement into the Circuit City stores which has to result in increased subs. These things have seemingly cost us dearly but the company is on firmer footing and growing. As I said last night, I have to stay here hoping to be able to grab some brass rings. And I don't see what dredging up the past errors is going to do to help the present situation.
