This could speed up an offer, I'm sure that their is someone after them. J T might be looking for a larger amount. With no more rent in Maryland no more tax to make up. Financials are starting to get strong. With stronger quarters coming this stock will be over .40 I believe by June.

I don't think you'd win much with an RS. Investors rarely do if it's solely for the purpose of meeting an exchange requirement.
