Ah, but so many here in pinkyland do not seem to think anything in the past is relevant. Looking backwards is the best way to determine the path going forward - the involvement of disgraced accountant Terry Johnson is one clue - several years of fraudulent filings. The listing as a shell is another clue. And the severely overdue filings are strike three.
