No R/S, DNAX raising money to get product back on shelves, also Conference call on 4/20, they are getting the Scientist back, etc... Going to be huge in a few days...

Not yet. There is probably still 3 billion in A/S headroom. Adrian is building creditability with shareholders and completely destroying that before he even takes a shot at a reboot of the company would be a very stupid strategy. Finally, Adrian has $8 million worth of preferred stock to buy back from Mel, Mark and company. That is what he used to buy the company. If he splits their position, they are going to be more pissed than he wants.
