Like the old saying; you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make'em drink. Why wouldn't the shares be canceled if the end result is going "Private" anyway. The Company survives regardless!! I noticed the SCBO's are starting to show, should see quite a few of those appearing in the near future. IMO
