Chief, they are required to inform shareholders in a timely manner of these things. In what way do you think they can just POOF the 8 Billion share count and debt away? Factor fund held hundreds of millions as does that other debt company. They get rid of them in any way they are required to file to show they are gone. Do you see any such filings?
