are you aware of the toxic note conversions which have been diluting any possible value out of the stock? if not, i highly recommend a review of some FARE filings.

Welcome doc, P&D, not quite. The financing? Those with no clue on what it takes to get such a venture out of development and into marketing and sales preach destruction but that's just ignorance. Pay no mind because we are now well on our way. Keep in mind that sales just began in sept. So the pending 10k will show sales for the very first time for only the last few months.

"The second half of 2015 took us from a company of development into one of production and sales," said Paul Giles, CEO of World Moto. "With this milestone now solidly behind us, we anticipate increasing acceleration towards profitability in the coming quarters. Both the Moto-Meter and HailYes are already gaining traction in the market, and we see these trends continuing." Giles concluded, "We are already sending out quotes for follow-up orders based on the positive results from initial purchases and we have only just begun to scratch the surface of these enormous markets."

There is massive interest in the Motor Meter and we are gaining traction very quickly. You will soon see that governments are very attracted to the Moto meter because it gives them the only tool capable of regulating one of the last unregulated problem plagued cash businesses. World Moto is the only company with a fare meter for motorcycles. We have had private invitations from governments regarding the Moto Meter. When you read a PR that states we have signed a supply contract with one of the many governments interested, the financing some harp on will be laughable.

You arrived at a good time. just in time for sales to take off.

Even those who bought much higher will find a nice ROI.

It's not a pump and dump. .. it's just mismanaged. .. it might succeed, but it’s a gamble
