Basically that as a shareholder, you can purchase warrants(equity) at a lower price should they exercise the warrants. It's a way to raise capital without dilution(A WONDERFUL THING). If you're as new as you claim, don't even worry about them. They have little to no effect on you. The only thing you should be concerned with is the shareholder letter that came out with it, which is a Positive thing. The CEO gives a crap about the shareholders. This is a long term hold from me.
