I too read all filings. The same filings that show NWOG having 100+m in revenue in the past year. They are audited by a premier accounting firm. That's good enough for me.
If you claim there is no oil extraction, please be so kind as to tell me where this audited revenue might be coming from?
Mind you, I have no explanation for this drop in PPS. But your points are not nearly a balanced as you make them out to be. If this were a pump and dump, you'd think they would have tried a bit harder to keep this in the $0.90 to $1.50 area. Looks as if most shares sold in that region were those of swing traders and opportunists.
Not sure about you, but if I orchestrate a pump and dump as brilliantly as you give them credit for in this occasion, I would not be very happy to dump my precious shares at $0.20-$0.45, while some random spare is pulling in $1.50.
Sometimes it helps to pause and think.
