It is dilution scam
I predicted correctly, scams with no or lunch money revenue trade like this, they tend to have pumps ahead of dilution. You should sell those rallies and don't hold da bag - These companies are on OTCBB markets to dilute and thrive, revenue is last thing on their mind. They are using your money to to pay for Admin expenses, simple and make big promises
They trade on charts..pump n dump rallies, zero fundamentals
