Exactly.... All you need to uplist to SEC fully Reporting is 2 years Audited Fins $10,000 paid to OTC and the Money to pay the Auditors etc...

I love how $SIPC is growing first then will tackle that second.. No reason to waste money on it and bring on un needed debt.. They are doing business with 100% Transparent companies like UTE Brewing, Crazy Mountain Brewery etc....
