Fidelity and some other retirement account companies don't want to trade stocks under 5 bucks.Best advise is open up one of the many online brokerages who most of the time execute better and cheaper anyway..ie ameritrade,scottrade,etrade and so on.
Best time to buy is when its quiet like this as the handful of sellers we have get impatient and let go of their stock cheap...good luck..Solid foundation here and sector will strengthen as year progresses.

I have always used Etrade for penny stock trades. Never had a problem.
