The A/S is now below the O/S. That's not permitted. Can't reverse split with the SOS before doing so with the T/A.

It's a clusterbuck. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that previous management is hanging Kabir out to dry and he has no idea of the problems he is facing.

Agreed. Seen this before. NV SOS changes precedes the effective date of the split. I expect the DKGR news, financials & updates all at once.
