There us no feasible way to do this merger without a R/S, the new company will need stocks to sell in order to raise capital. They will not do a buyback, it will definitely be a R/S.
The only question is how deep will they cut us!
Good thing is, it's on the floor right now. If the new company is legit they will announce the R/S BEFORE it's effective date!
Either way, I bought ones and will make money once this takes off!
