Let him try to short it just before 4-20 once it breaks .41 it will not pullback, it will go to .65 this time.

The price is still low so I dont think he will short just yet. I think he will ride this up to high 60's then try to short it. Bank going UP then try to Bank going down as well. He will get a bigger bang for his bucks if the price is much higher than it is right now.

I say look for a big push UPwards for a couple days then when volume slows down then the shorting starts.
