What is left?

1. Who is developing our new operating platform?
2. Will it have any new or different features? Answer is YES
3. What license will we use? Current operator or our own?
4. And who is behind the financing deal as Apollo Group convertible note loans always referred to as "short-term" as in bridge loan.
5. What will the new operating platform/deal mean in revenue projections and more importantly net projections.
