If Mark Newbauer truly was in charge of NVOB, there would be no need for his "maneuvers".

I don't mean to defend the Sebastion River Holdings bunch (or whatever they were called), but NVOB seems a break from that. That's what I'm hoping anyway. Everyone knows these are high risk equities.
