There's always a few hanging around that either dump into the bid with the agenda of depressing the pps, or those who are just total rookies and don't understand that you can't place a sell order at "market" without having your shares sold at the bid price and NOT the ask. But they learn real quick the first time they do that on a low float penny and after their shares sell they suddenly realize that they got the bid and it ate up whatever little bit of flipping profit they may have had, lol
