Wow. you figured that one out. here's some news. EVERY OTC stock issues shares for debt conversions. EVERY ONE. If you don't like it, then don't play in the wild west of the OTC.

Any of us with big positions know this and accept it and it is NOT news. We EXPECT it and deal with it. Even with 100 MM O/S the market cap here is still absurdly low.
