Very few OTC stocks should ever be considered great investments or consequently held too long, and generally only be looked at as short term trading mechanisms. (and if they're to be 'invested in', then it should be with 'mad money' one can afford to lose wiht good low risk vs Reward strategy).
Dilutive financing here is a concern and affecting price recently, but certainly this is nothing bad compared to many other stocks who are in far worse dilutive phases.
All I see here is an interesting company with potential news catalysts & a volatile chart (in a longer term downtrend), which can be taken advantage of on short term swings for the savvy, calculated & patient trader. Often FPVD has had trade-able swing off of lows ever 4-6 weeks. It is developing into an opportunity for a short term swing now or fairly soon in my opinion.
