If the R/S is a poison pill to prevent a takeover, wouldn't it also be a poison pill for every investor? This turkey is toast and still drops every day. It will be worth even less after they do the R/S, because then everyone will know for sure that they don't care squat about shareholders.

The only thing I am not worried about at this point is the big R/S. Why? Because that appears to be a poison pill they adopted in hopes of fending off a hostile takeover. Guess what, at this price Altria or some other company could buy them for pennies on the dollar.
