Pulling something from 2011 that has nothing to do with NHMD, totally different product that dealt with a persons hormonal system.

Of course, this is related to NHMD. So many here hold Mr. Baron and ABCO in extremely high esteem.

The FDA letter is not simply citing a manufacturing deficit or a benign mistake.

It indicates that ABCO has actively engaged in an illegal activity, manufacturing for market a pharmacoactive product containing a synthetic analogue of the prescription drug Viagra. The product that ABCO manufactured, Sexual Virility Max, was not "homeopathic" snake-oil; it was a genuine pharmaceutical and ABCO intentionally bypassed an NDA and all the regulatory hurdles to normally bring a new drug to market.

The FDA letter was essentially a cease and desist notice.

A completely legit operation would not engage in such actviity. That's my point.
