That is if one forgets the fact Negans group stopped Sasha, Red, and Daryl on the road, wanted everything they had, said it now belonged to Negan, and were just about to shoot Red and Sasha when Daryl blew up their bikes and killed them before they could kill his friends.
That's provocation to me.
And Rick has accepted many in to his group over the years. How do you think those people got there?

His talk with Meshown was very similar to that of the Governor, which was, "we will go out and take what we need".
That's a nasty turn of events. I hated that.
I'm all for Negan's group as long as Jeffrey Dean Morgan is playing the role. Kill everyone - lets start over. I'm bored with our people.
