Exactly and thats why now just before the $20 mil. undilutive financing gets announced (and will likely cite oh what if it doesnt bla, bla) as well as as pretend that MacFarlane was or will be selling whereby to the very contrary he just announced how much he holds by now and that now owns 18% on a partially diluted basis...

If you look at Victor MacFarlane's profile a fool he does not look like...

And with Novarad, VMware and Entisys having a clean cut reputation their hopes to point at "vaporware" and "V3 appliances" just resold VMware their tech "fearmongering" went out the window...

So its really to come in quick before the financing closes...and try to instill fear by other means...
