If you're not concerned about the impending dilution then you've never invested in an OTC stock before. That or you've invested in them many times, and know exactly how to play the game. Sleek admits that he is not an OTC trader. He doesn't know how the sewers work.

It's not an 80% increase at all.

At end of 2015, there were 300M common shares issued, so they added 43M in Q1, for an increase of of about 14%

The 465M number is inclusive of the Class B preferred shares snd outstanding warrants.

This stock will not trade on valuation in 2016, as is already apparent over the past few weeks.

The only thing that matters is how tight the float is and how much dollar volume comes in.

Right now, the float is tightening up and the dollar volume is pretty good.

As long as the dollar volume keeps increasing, that is the primary factor that will determine how high TRTC can go.

Let's see if we can do 30M-40M in volume on the next really major PR...
