The 465M number is inclusive of the Class B preferred shares snd outstanding warrants.
This stock will not trade on valuation in 2016, as is already apparent over the past few weeks.
The only thing that matters is how tight the float is and how much dollar volume comes in.
Right now, the float is tightening up and the dollar volume is pretty good.
As long as the dollar volume keeps increasing, that is the primary factor that will determine how high TRTC can go.
