Just passing along the information I found, nothing more, nothing less.

Lots of speculation and hoopla being thrown around, but nothing can really be concrete without financials. Last 2 years financials were released in the last week of April which I suspect will be no different this year.

A couple of other companies in the same
sector, International Vapor Group and Vapor Corp., have the same type UCC filings toward them. Not an uncommon thing. Big to do over nothing.
