ETFM isn't pink sheets, and the news wasn't about crash testing, just sayin...

However, if they can't get the 10K filed within 15 days a/o 3/30/16, then they'll probably become pink. I don't know what's holding up these crash tests, something to do with the airbags maybe.

I can't even believe they compared the e-go to the Tesla Model 3 in today's PR. Maybe comparing the IBIS would be acceptable, but not the E-go smart-car looking vehicle. Who would ever pay $33,900 (before possible rebates) for what appears to be just an electrified smart-car.
