Creative bookkeeping keeps the tax man away. Let's wait for the next news: that's what I'm doing.

Pro Star's net profit margin was 4.4% in 2014 which is ABOVE the Trucking Industry average net margin of 4.19%.

2015 was ~break-even but as I mentioned in my last post 2016 should return to 2014's level of profit margin.

This is my opinion but it's based on the $250,000 cost savings the company mentioned in their PR associated with the leasing costs saved when they purchased the trailers.

Also, the recent move of their operations center from Chicago, Illinois to Hammond, Indiana will save significant tax and or insurance expenses. Insurance costs put a drag on earnings in 2015.

Hydrophi is ProStar now. Again, deceitful. Also, if you've ever run a business, you would know why expenses can equal revenues... It's not so much about profits, its about revenue and how you manage cash flows, re-investment into the company and taxes.

A few prime examples for you:

The last 2 years of ProStar's fins were required to be audited in order for the acquisition to occur.

HPTG's fins are audited. I showed how the last annual report listed costing for the CPA to do the audits. Here it is again:

Just being FACTUAL and taking it straight from the last annual filing. Easy to see the truth.

Most of the revenue was paid to subcontractors who happen to be shareholders and management.

Let's see, if I was to have a choice to do business with a friend or family member rather than 'Joe Blow', a stranger, I think I know who I would chose. I would chose someone I knew and knew how they did business as well as their background.

BTW, doing business with those known entities is a 'two way street'. That is, ProStar seems to be obtaining revenue for services they are providing on those subcontractor's trucks, right? 'You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.'

Take note: I bought half of the traded shares yesterday and I plan to buy more throughout the week..... Not batting an eye, this is a gem in the making!!!
