Semi and Haddock, if you guys want to link to IHub messages, you could use this nifty little feature. Just take the number in the actual HTML link at the end (the number after 'message_id='), then type the following in your message:

#msg-1201500 (or whatever number corresponds to the message you want)

IHub will automatically turn the text into a link. It's compact and more elegant than pasting the entire link in your message. So if you're going to whine about one-liners and insults, you can at least do it "properly." ;-)

P.S. - This works for messages over on SI as well, except you should replace 'msg' with 'reply'.

I would characterise that as a legitimate question. If pieces of evidence are brought to the discussion and people choose to ignore it (rather than state their reasons for not believing it) then we will end up going around in circles even more than we already do.
