This is actually much more believable given James' reputation and the current pathetic (no bid) situation with $NRTI.

James must have incriminating fotos or other unpleasantry hanging over The DP. It just doesn't make sense what that dirtbag is doing with TRTC.

He also seemed to weld unwarranted influence over the $NRTI execs as well by getting his bikini product all the PR over the much more promising Nulief.

Another poster speculated that the new company is in like with whoopi goldbergs products, since they're also considered nutraceutical. I could see this happening over buying NRTI's assets. The legal hoops of buying NRTI's assets would be a more difficult process. JMO.
