There is no court date. The CEO has given up IMO. Shareholders hear nothing from the company nor him about anything. Caveat emptor

Best SH could hope for is the company selling out for 98 cents to someone who might actually want to form a business concern.

Selling Tees and flip flops on the beach would be better than what shareholders got right now, IMO.
