Not quite Alan.

There's 3 separate tiers of NASDAQ that can be applied for.

The information you gathered from investopedia is for the highest tier NASDAQ Global Select. The next tier is NASDAQ Global Market...and our best bet is NASDAQ Capital Market.

Companies only need to meet the criteria under at least one of the three standards (Equity Standard,Market Value of Listed Securities Standard, Net Income Standard).

We still don't fulfill any of them but it's not far off.
