IMO obvious that if he weren't making money for his puppetmasters Crummer and other shorts they wouldn't risk the liability of letting him keep ba$hing so many biotechs as soon as they start to rise and threaten their scummy investing.

For what it's worth Barchart has resistance @$1.67 -- news always trumps charts but the news here is only getting better and better
