Naive in this situation is based on pure perspective

Why because shareholders have nothing to lose. Possibly 20 bucks if there is a reverse split at any time. This thing is not trading, and has not, for-almost-ever lol Therefore it matters not if one of us paid a grand or ten grand for their placement in the ask, nothing is happening here, so were all on the same level.

So from that point, it's only reasonable to look at the possibilities. Or just call the broker and give the shares away, it's rather simple process, they would be more than glad to assist, I'm certain. See?

Simple: communicate with the shareholders. Why is the stock no bid? How do they intend to address the share structure without hurting the shareholders. How do they intend to repay the $2.5 million they borrowed??

A shareholder letter would be nice
