EPIC and Humanwell acquisition opens the gateway for marketing $ELTP ADFs into the entire Asian Mkt. This will provide both a solid entrance that $ELTP has been looking to Partner with. As well Humanwell will potentially provide Manufacturing and Warehouse distribution spaces in the USA (Ky) mainland and Puerto Rico.

$ELTP will need considerable Partnerships as the ADFs growth will be IMO asymptotic vertical after the Jul 14 FDA approval and launch.

Without a doubt $ELTP would have been in several meetings with Partner EPIC concerning the Humanwell merger and the benefits for $ELTPs ADFs NDAs. IMO This was not an overnight decision but rather across many months.

Confirming signs are that key EPIC executives remain with $ELTP.

Elite never spoke of doing a SERIES of opioid drugs with Epic, did it?
