So let me get this straight. MYEC bought Seergate who had a agreement with Centric Gateway that allowed Centric Gateway to license the Seargate platform to UBA. And we wonder why Ed doesn't know what's going on! I thought the UBA deal was directly with Seergate. No wonder this is not done yet.
