yep. we've just reverted to where this was in 2015. the reorg plan was submitted to the BK judge with SIRG management's signatures on it, FINRA took the Q off. here we are.
the only difference is now the float can be loaded for about 1/5 to 1/10th the price of a few months ago.
maybe some folks will grab the cheap shares and wait, and wait... until management does the same RM we thought was coming.
maybe, maybe not.
that's how i see the trade at this point.
