Funny you should say that. I'm not douchy enough to say I called the bottom on IBB, but I posted here a few weeks back as it sat at 242 and said "people ask what could push this market higher from here?...." And pointed to IBB as having not really participating in the rally as sector and that a move back towards 300 not surprising me.
As for oil? Yes, the decouple is on. I can't say I fully understand why, other than it didn't make a ton of sense to begin with. Maybe it was the fundamentals catching up with oil after its rally just as Janet got all lovey-dovey last week. The lag in between was just the market waiting to hear from Yellen. Best guess I have
