The key to current market direction is to watch oil, the US dollar and the FED!!! This is not always true but at recent oil lows, dollar highs and FED direction change for now it is very true!!!! For the short term till summer I think the markets continue to rally, and penny stock moves last month like MVTG are confirming this.

What makes you so bullish on MVTG? yeah, I'm glad for the recent move up and so far am also benefiting because of loading up in the 1s, but on the fundamental front, things are not looking good with no recent update on progress from the company..I'm not liking this "quiet period"..
