Be careful everyone.
Do not take as fact the alleged sources who aver that the Rontan deal is done and that the only thing left to do is to complete the required paperwork - regardless of whether those sources are inside of Rontan or are outside of Rontan.
While I do hope that the deal has been and/or will be finalized, we will not definitively know that the Rontan deal has been finalized until GDSI actually files a document with the SEC to that effect.
In any event, today, Saturday, April 2, 2016, marks the one-hundred-and-seventy-six-day-point (176) AFTER the Buy-Sell agreement was signed by our world-class CEO Richard J. Sullivan (on behalf of GDSI) and Rontan.
We are now only four (4) days away from reaching the six-month anniversary of the original signing of that contract.
Nonetheless, we have had no definitive word as to whether the deal has been finalized.
If my memory is correct, GDSI advised the SEC and its shareholders, via the Quarterly Report that it filed in the early part of November, 2015, that it expected the deal to be finished by the end of December, 2015.

Moreover, approximately seven weeks have passed since GDSI’s wholly-owned subsidiary, NACSV, had a court-issued eviction summons plastered all over its front door and had its phone number disconnected.
Nonetheless, GDSI has not provided even a brief update or a short explanation to its thousands upon thousands of innocent and well-meaning shareholders.
Accordingly, the shareholders of GDSI do not currently even know if NACSV is, or is not, still in business - EVEN THOUGH GDSI ACQUIRED THAT ONCE-THRIVING-AND-ONCE-VERY-PROFITABLE-COMPANY LESS THAN TWO YEARS AGO.
