I would agree with that also, they state that our equity state will not change post r/s, so if you're stocks equal .001 % of ftnw pre it will be the same post, giving certain class d and f stocks post increased shares would extremely devalue our % of ownership. My thoughts

Company says shareholder equity will not change with the R/S----therefore no dilution upon the RS and change with the preferreds being converted will not change our equity percentage or cause dilution.

So, what are we missing in the reading????

Missing? I dont see how Company is stating "No Chng to current Equity
By therefore Dumping D & F's 20:1 convertion (50/60mil into Outstanding ...smh
It has to Effect Something , and even
If D&F's are 20:1 n 1:20 as with OS
We still end up with the greater of D&F or the RS values 3+mil added to Our OS post #'s . Thats not bad that way . Lol on another note , we had 3" of Snow today Dumpd on us.
