A company can't reverse merger out of the existing filing obligations or debt - it is complete nonsense to think it can.

Plus, Jacobsen/"Gary" have illegally hijacked the DIDG shell - there was never a shareholders vote to name a new Board of Directors.

Also, "Gary" doesn't own Intermountain - it is all the pumping BS to deceive noobie investors.
