Well the Edgar filing conflicts the pr that your quoting. Also what is the legal definition of effectuation. Upon the "effectuation" of the 20/1 r/s those stocks will convert from 1 to 20 and then convert back into common stock.

I can't find that lingo anywhere in the Edgar filing. Can you? Only the otc pr page.
