The lack of any sense of urgency is discouraging. It supports the notion that these guys are in this to get big salaries and bonuses on shareholder dime. If bavi somehow comes to be, that is just another bonus. But they have this company structured in a no loose situation for themselves - again at shareholder expense. pphm execs have no consequences for failure - in fact they are rewarded (retention bonuses) for failure.
