Maybe not if he doesn't plan on dumping that. He issued that amount of shares so there is no way possible for a hostile takeover unless if he dumps. One poster said that this is probably just a shell to use for tax purposes and that seems more like the situation here as the days pass to weeks and weeks pass to months.
