Nobody is grabbing this as cheap Shares ,,those converting are Wealthy Financiers dumping/Selling Millions of shares in the market.Shares are being sold to MMs that are Obliged to buy them and those MMs keep on dropping the price to avoid paying too much for worth-less shares. When this drops to ZERO or to 0.0001 and no Bid,,,then MMs will not be Obliged to buy worth-less shares!! Thats why the price keeps dropping so fast.
Therefore, this Stock is headed to a Penny and Below!!!
