Do you know where those Convertible Preferred's came from???
Were they in Beacon??
Did they come with the RM??
Were they part of the creation of FTE??

I see why they want to do the R/S now----it gets them listed on the NAZ and cleans up their capitalization....and sets up the holders of the Preferreds to receive dividends when paid on the common shares..

We need to know who the holders of the Preferreds are---they may not be sellers in a hurry to sell.????????
